Interested in a wholesale account with Nectar? We would love to have you carry our line! We strive to make ordering easy, we do not have minumums on specific styles, sizes or colors but we do ask that you make a minimum purchase of $1000.00 for your first order. If this is not ideal for you then please contact us as to why you would like a lower minimum.
To get started please create an account on our website and then email us a wholesale request. In this email please include your resale Tax ID#. We will then assign you to a wholesale group which will allow you to view all items with the wholesale price instead of the retail price when you log into the website. Many of our wholesale prices are less then half of our retail thus making it easy for you to charge more then a keystone mark up. We do not wish to compete with our wholesale customers we want you to do well with our line with a good markup so that we continue succeeding together.
For wholesale orders outside the United States, we may need to charge a nominal fee for customs paperwork. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
It's that easy! As soon as we both complete those steps you will be able to order items for your shop, studio, or boutique right online thru the website! We do prefer payment in check, which we would need to recieve and clear before the order is sent to you but will also accept credit card if needed. You may pay by check or credit card right out the qb invoice that we mail to you. You may also do an order over the phone with us or via email if you prefer. Discount codes are not for use with wholesale accounts. If you use a discount code on a wholesale order, we will contact you for payment in full before shipping the order.
If paying by credit card instead of check for wholesale orders, please note that we will need to assess a 2% fee. This fee will be charged when shipping charges are calculated, and total of all will be charged to your card. You are welcome to pay by check to avoid this fee. Orders will be processed as soon as payment is received.
Free Shipping does not apply to Wholesale orders. Shipping will be calculated once your order is filled and you will be billed for actual shipping charges.

If you make an order with us and we take the time to produce, pull, invoice and pack your order to ship for you and then you change your mind and refuse it you will be liable to pay a 15% restocking fee. This covers the wages to pay out our employees to pull, process, and invoice your order and then unpack, reorganize, and re-shelf your order, this also helps covers our Bookeeper fees as well. We often will apply this fee as a credit to another order for you on a case by case basis especially if it unforeseen circumstances on your side. We love our customers and always choose to be fair but please also value our employee time and wages as well. All 15% restocking fees are liable for interest charges as well.
