Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and have the items back to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. **Please note items smelling of perfume or strong-smelling essential oils or that have deodorant and sunscreen stains will not be accepted as a return.  Please note items with pet hair will also not be accepted. 

To start a return simply send the items back to the address listed above.  Please make sure you stick a note inside stating if you want a refund, store credit, or if what you would like as an exchange. We can send you a return shipping label which will be deducted from the refund, but it is quickest and easiest if you just send the items back.  If you are returning due to sizing, we will cover the shipping back to you for the correct size.  We know shopping online is not always easy with sizing and we want you to love and wear your purchase for many years to come!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items you have tried on that now smell like perfumes, scented oils, musk's, creams, or have deodorant or sunscreen stains.  Please shower before trying on items you might want to return as stained and scented items will not be accepted. Custom orders, special orders, and beauty products are also non-returnable.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item please remember to stick a note inside with the exact exchange you want as well as your phone number.  Please remember to send the item you purchased back to us in perfect condition without any scents or stains and with tags attached when requesting an exchange. 


Refunds
Once your package is received, we will check your items, and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  You will see the updates on your account with us online.  Make sure to put your name and order number inside in order to get a quicker refund!
